No Matter the Weather
Living and painting in Alaska is a matter of survival, especially in January. In the photo, right, it’s -44*F. I’m outside working as a Grip (helper) for my videographer husband. We’re filming at Chena Hot Springs north of Fairbanks, AK.
Drawing with stiff fingers was impossible, but I managed to snap some shots with my phone. I’ll post the resulting paintings soon.
